Happy birthday to me!

I had SUCH a great birthday last week! Marcia brought her class over to my room and they all went around the room and "honored me." They all said what they like about me. It was sooo sweet! We also danced around the room like we do for the kids birthdays. I tried to get a picture of Marcia busting a move, but I didn't snap it in time! I also had a great birthday because my fantastic husband came to see me at school and brought me a Gabby's burrito for lunch. YUM!! After school I got to go see my baby boy. Andrew got off work early and we all went to dinner at Chilis. Then it was PARTY time! Here's the delicious cake Maria made for my birthday! It was snickerdoodle!

Saturday morning Austing got up around 7:30 to have a bottle and then went back down for a nap. Here's how he fell asleep with his hands over his ears! lol

Sunday night we had dinner at Kristi's. Austin was in a great mood!

Flying Baby Austin!!!

Tonight Austin was so fun to play with. He's been playing in his play gym a lot for awhile, but tonight he really got into it! He had both arms and both legs kicking the toys at the same time. He was having a ball!

Poor baby...

My sweet baby boy has been sick for the last few days. On Sunday he woke up not feeling well at all. He had a low fever, cough, and a runny nose. On Monday Andrew and Mom took him to the doctor. He has sinus drainage and an ear infection:(. He was prescribed 4 medications including breathing treatments. The breathing treatments REALLY seem to help him! Tuesday he was much better! He has done very little coughing and the fever has been gone. Soooo...hopefully the worst part is over.

Andrew's Birthday

Andrew got to celebrate his birthday for TWO days. We had his big family party on Friday night and his parents, Granny, Destiny, and Charlotte even got to come to join us. We had a grat dinner at Tia Juanas an then came to our house for birthday cake, cheesecake, coconut pie, and ice cream. Yeah, there was alot! I did have a special cake made for him.... What a great picture!

Oh yeah! We were big time party people!

Andrew and I went to lunch on Saturday, his real birthday. We both got tickled because Austin wouldn't quit staring at the people at the table next to us. The problem was the people didn't think much of him!

My sweet boy is sick. He woke up not feeling well yesterday morning. Today we will be going to see the doctor:(...

5 Months Old!!

I can't believe my sweet by is already FIVE months old! Austin is now 13 lbs and 15 oz. I didn't do his length, but we will get that next month when we go to the doctor. He LOVES his baby food. We eat 2 jars of baby food a day. He has had peaches, pears, bananas, applesauce, prunes, squash, sweet potatoes, green beans, and peas. He likes all of that but the prunes and the green beans. The prunes were only used to serve a purpose that day though;). Now that he s a roller, he has decided he is a tummy sleeper. I fought it for awhile, but he won. He looks so sweet with is little bootie in the air. I got these out of order and this should be at the end. This is how our photo shoot ended.

I absolutely LOVE this picture! I love the smile and the drool on his chin! That's just the way things are these days!

Austin is so fun these days. He loves to roll around in the floor and jump in his jumper. He laughs and smiles a lot these days. It's fun to see all of his new milestones!

Play Time

Austin went to his very first fair last night! We walked around and looked at the cows, pigs, goats, chickens, and rabbits. He wasn't overly impressed, but he didn't cry either:). The other day Mom and I went to Lubbock. I needed to run into Red Raider Outfitter to pick up a couple of essentials. It was the darndest thing Austin was perfectly happy when we were in the store, but when we walked out he would cry. He knows it's all about the red and black! Such a smart baby!

After all this play time Austin has been taking GOOD naps. I know when he's going to REALLY take a good nap because he rolls on his side in his swing. This is when he's out for quite awhile!

We never got all 5 babies together at once for a picture during our play dates, but we did get up to 4 finally. Here they are...Reece, Brenden, Austin, and Caelyn.

The other night we were over at Kristi and Jeff's for dinner. Mom took Austin in the backyard and remembered this old swing of Kason's. We put Austin in here and he loved it. Looks like we need an outdoor swing now!

Watts Family Reunion 2011

I'm a little behind, so I'm going to do multiple posts to get caught up! Last week we got to go to the Watts Family Reunion in Coleman, Texas. We were very excited to take Austin to his very first one. Andrew and I shared ONE suitcase and the rest of my car was packed down with ALL of Austin's things. The swing came in super handy. How cute are these two napping? Andrew with Charlotte and Austin.

Austin was sooo good the whole time we were there. Right when we got there on Friday night he had a little meltdown when we came in because I think he was overwhelmed with everything. After that all was well. Thank goodness:)!

Rolling, Rolling, Rolling

Austin has put his rolling together. He can roll tummy to back and back to tummy. He can roll across the living room floor too! Here he is rolling, but he got distracted in the middle of it. I'll have to video him rolling across the living room soon!
